This beautiful Yellow Murcielago came to the shop with rear collision damage. After the body work and paint was completed we had the rims powder coated, the tail lights and side markers tinted,and completed a full service. Then we transported the vehicle to the customer in San Francisco. We have been so busy here that we simply didn’t have time for before shots of the car, but please enjoy the after shots below. Air Bags for a 63 Impala

This 63 Impala is getting an air ride suspension system installed here at Famous Autosports. Earlier this month we gave her a tune-up, including a fuel pump replacement and carburetor rebuild. Mustang Driveability Issues

P.S. The adjuster came out to the look at the Evo MR today and we’ll be starting repairs on that vehicle shortly. Stay tuned for updates!

Rear Bumper Repair

This Evo MR came to us with rear bumper damage due to an accident. The insurance company will be covering the repairs and we will be dealing with all the paperwork & repairs on behalf of the customer. So far we know that the bumper, diffuser, exhaust and trunk lid need to be replaced & painted to match the vehicle. The customer may even decide to have some of those parts replaced with carbon fiber parts! Keep your eye open for our future blogs to see how this Lancer ends up. Impala Love

We’ve been very busy lately so we haven’t had time to post to our blog for awhile, but we’re back! We’ve got a 63 Impala here at the shop for some love. She is getting a complete tune-up, carburetor rebuild & a fuel pump replacement (so far). Here at Famous Autosports we work on all makes and models of vehicles (not only the Lamborghini) and we are happy to get such a beautiful car running again. 2012 Camaro SS Complete Photo Shoot

Last month we completed our 2012 Camaro SS project and showed a sneak peak of the photos we took overlooking Chatsworth. Now you can view the whole set! Another big thank you to Duane at Speed and Motion for the spectacular photos. Here is a quick overview of what we did with the car. We had Katzkin Limited Edition Slip Covers installed on the seats for a perfect factory-quality fit, featuring custom red stitching, red accented perforation & black tuscany leather. We also had the head rests custom embroidered with our customer’s initials. We took all the blue lights out of the dash and replaced them with red lights, the door panels, dash board, steering wheel, and front bow tie have all been given red accents, and we created a custom gauge pod for the middle console, to give this vehicle a one-of-a-kind look. In the trunk we installed red lighting, custom black suede, the processor and Crossovers for the front speakers, the mono amplifier for bass, and the 4-channel amplifier for the internal speakers, as well as our custom PORTED fiberglass boxes molded specifically to fit the vehicle housing JL Audio W3s. Finally, we tinted the taillights and side markers, powder coated the rims and painted the calipers to match the vehicle. If you’re going to be anything, be Famous!

Diablo Photo Shoot

A big thanks to our friend Duane from Speed and Motion who took some pictures of the 98 Diablo Roadster we completed last month at a great spot overlooking the Chatsworth area. The custom interior of this vehicle features a custom leather dash modernized to house a double din monitor, as well as a motorized console that opens above it! Click here, to see a video of the console operating before it was installed. Every inch of the interior of this vehicle was replaced including the upholstery, which is now accentuated with Alcantara suede and Q-citura (lozenge-shaped) stitching. Last but not least, a Thank you to MAcarbon for supplying the stunning carbon fiber pieces that completed the ensemble. Enjoy the photos. If you’re going to be anything, be Famous!
